Welcome to DFW Appliances LLC. By renting appliances from us, visiting our website, scheduling delivery, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Rental Agreement

By booking an appliance rental, you enter a binding rental agreement with DFW Appliances. You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Provide a valid delivery address
  • Pay the required rental payments on time

Rental Payments

  • All rental payments are due weekly or monthly depending on the plan you select.
  • Payments are collected through card, bank, autopay, Zelle, or other accepted methods.
  • Late payments may result in service interruption, late fees, or appliance pickup.

Delivery & Installation

DFW Appliances provides delivery and installation within our service area. By booking, you acknowledge:
  • You must ensure someone 18+ is present at delivery.
  • The delivery path (doors, hallways, stairs) must be clear and accessible.
  • Upstairs deliveries may incur an additional fee.
  • If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to customer conditions, a redelivery fee may apply.

Appliance Condition & Maintenance

All appliances are tested and verified to be in working condition before delivery. During the rental period:
  • Normal wear and tear repairs are covered by us.
  • You must notify us immediately if your appliance stops working.
  • You must not attempt your own repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation environment may result in repair or replacement fees.

Replacement or Swap Policy

If an appliance fails due to normal use:
  • DFW Appliances will repair or replace it at no cost.
If the appliance is damaged due to misuse or negligence:
  • Customer may be charged a repair fee, cleaning fee, or full replacement cost depending on severity.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Use appliances only for residential purposes
  • Keep appliances clean and in reasonable condition
  • Allow DFW Appliances access for repairs, swaps, inspections, or pickup
  • Not move the appliance to a new address without notifying us
  • Not sell, pawn, dismantle, or give away any rented appliance

Missed Payments & Non-Return

If rental payments are missed:
  • We will attempt to contact you for resolution.
  • If unresolved, we may schedule pickup of the appliance(s).
Failure to return appliances may result in:
  • Additional fees
  • Contract termination
  • Collection activity
  • Replacement value charges

Early Cancellation

You may cancel your rental at any time. Appliance pickup will be scheduled and:
  • No early cancellation fee applies
  • All outstanding payments must be resolved prior to pickup

Move-Outs

If you are moving:
  • You must notify us before your move-out date
  • We can relocate appliances for an additional fee OR
  • Schedule pickup before you leave the property

Liability

DFW Appliances is not responsible for:
  • Property damage caused by pre-existing conditions (old plumbing, faulty outlets, weak flooring, etc.)
  • Loss of food or personal items due to appliance malfunction
  • Injuries resulting from misuse of the appliances

Privacy & Data Usage

By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of personal information for:
  • Delivery coordination
  • Billing and payments
  • Service communication
  • Fraud prevention

Changes to Terms

DFW Appliances may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
